Visit our state-of-the-art brewery consisting of a 30 barrel brew house custom made for us by Newland Systems, along with four 60 barrel fermenters, two 90 barrel fermenters, and four 120 barrel fermenters. Each 90 barrel fermenter holds 2,790 gallons of beer. Our brewery and gift shop is located at 7696 Miramar Road just east of the Pyramid. Stop by for a brewery tour and to sample our fine ales.
